Born in Miami, I fell in love early with the city’s vibrant architecture and design, a passion further shaped by my roots in London, England, and the knowledge I’ve gained through world travels. Experiencing so many different cultures and styles has given me a unique perspective on architecture, design, and development that I carry into everything I do.

Coming from a family deeply rooted in real estate, interior design, renovations, and development, I’ve been immersed in the industry since childhood. That early exposure instilled in me a love for creating spaces and the drive to succeed in a highly competitive field.

My entrepreneurial journey began with building my own business from the ground up, where I quickly rose to become one of Charlotte’s premier detailers within just two years. Along the way, I had the privilege of serving some of Charlotte’s most elite clients, an experience that strengthened my dedication, sharpened my marketing skills, and deepened my understanding of client service at the highest level.

I’m honored to bring that same passion and work ethic to real estate. Joining Ivester Jackson, an esteemed affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, allows me to represent a world-class brand while serving the Charlotte community. I can truly say I am blessed to have two passions in my life: real estate & interior design. I am a Pittsburgh native & currently live in beautiful Charlotte. Prior to that I lived in Miami, Florida, which is where I began my interior design company, Liza's Designs. My business focuses on home staging, preparing homes for photography, & providing organizational advice to minimize clutter. Staging & design is a complimentary service I offer to all of my sellers.Throughout the early years of my career I was buying, designing, flipping, & selling homes for family & clients throughout the United States. This gave me an unparalleled insight to the ins & outs of relocation. I have worked with investors & developers on larger scaled projects which has afforded me great success in both real estate & design.Recently, I decided to merge my passions and bring it all together under one roof. I began the Caminiti Consulting Group to help me give clients exactly what they need from start to finish. Over my years in the business I have acquired a vast understanding of people & their needs. I am privy to new developments, trends, & the changing market we live in. The Caminiti Counsulting Group will provide a full panel of interior design and staging options for real estate clients, property management, as well as renovation assistance.In my free time I enjoy spending quality time with my son Julian, my dog Rocco, my family, & friends. I enjoy volunteering in my community as much as possible. I also spend time attending additional courses to stay on top of current real estate market trends. My passion is my work & I'm thankful for the drive God has given me. I look forward to working with you & making you a part of my family!
